How Do I Start the Service?

Go to "Order pickup", fill out the form and click on "send". when we pick your order up, you will be provided with a personalized bag and we will discuss a secure place to leave your clothes. We will confirm your order by E-mail, process, and bill you at that time. You pay with "Paypal" and we Deliver.

Who Does My Drycleaning?

El Cajon Dry Cleaners has been dedicated to providing quality customer service since 1974. An experienced crew process the drycleaning at the plant with attention to detail, placing an emphasis on those methods and techniques necessary for high quality drycleaning. I am Philip Gomez and own El Cajon Dry Cleaners. I have over thirty-five years of drycleaning experience and successfully administered an MCRD drycleaning concession contract.

When Can I Expect Pickup and Delivery?

For regular drycleaning, when your request for pickup is received before 10 a.m., your order will be picked up that day and delivered in 2 days,
i.e., you order a pickup Tuesday at 9 a.m. and we pick it up by 4 p.m. or earlier, then your order will be delivered on Thursday before 4 p.m.

If you need delivery by a specific time before 4 p.m., the time should be noted in request for pickup, and we will do our best to meet that time within 1/2 hour (confirmation and tracking by email).

For next day delivery, you need to place your order before 10 a.m M-F (orders picked up on Friday for rush service are delivered Monday). There is a 25% rush charge added to the total. e.g., pickup Tuesday, delivered Wednesday.

What is Dryclean It Online’s missing garment policy?

Dryclean It Online utilizes a garment identification system to avoid any misplaced or lost items. If a garment is missing from your order, please contact Danny at 619-368-1900 or contact us through the website as soon as possible. If for some reason, we cannot locate your garment, Dryclean It Online will provide you a credit to the original form of payment for the fair value of that garment, as explained in the American National Standards Institute National Fair Claims Guide for Consumer Textile Products.
